1. Service

We create AI‑generated portraits depicting a child’s imagined future career based on a photo you upload and options you select.

2. Eligibility & Consent

You may only upload images of your own child or a child you have permission to represent (e.g., a teacher with written parental consent). You confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or sexualized content involving minors, weapons, or other unsafe requests. We may refuse or refund at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by third‑party processors (e.g., PayPal). Prices are displayed before purchase.

5. Data Processing & Retention

We store uploads and outputs for up to 30 days for legal compliance and fraud prevention, then delete them unless legally required to retain longer. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Third‑Party Processors

We use OpenAI’s APIs to generate images. Your inputs may be processed by OpenAI to fulfill your request. We do not allow OpenAI to use API data for training by default.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original photo. We grant you a license to the generated image for personal use. You grant us a limited license to process and store your inputs and outputs to provide the service and for compliance.

8. Disclaimers

Results may vary. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
