What we collect

• Uploaded child photo and the generated image
• Order details: email, child gender/age, chosen career, aspect ratio
• Consent details: guardian name(s), checkboxes, consent text/version
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, timestamps
• Payment confirmations from our processor (no card numbers stored)

Why we collect it

To create your image, fulfill the order, detect abuse/fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention

We retain uploads/outputs and logs for up to 30 days, then delete them unless a legal hold applies. You can request early deletion—email us with your order number.

OpenAI processing

We use OpenAI’s image models to generate your result. Your data is sent to OpenAI solely to fulfill your request. Our understanding is that API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default. See OpenAI’s data usage documentation for details.

Children’s data

We require parental/guardian consent for any child image. We do not sell data. We do not display images publicly without explicit opt‑in.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data. Contact us at support@kids.garyveewallpapers.com.

Security

We use access controls and signed links for downloads. No method is 100% secure.
